Who Am I?
My name is Christopher (Chris) Davis, and I am a twenty year old currently majoring in Accounting at the University of Charleston. I was born in Elkview, WV, but moved with my family to Walton, WV at the age of ten, where I still reside. I am also currently courting a wonderful young lady named Sarah Hoy, and am very thankful that God has blessed me by putting such a wonderful girl in my life.
My Testimony
I’ve never really put a testimony of my faith on my website, other than to say that I am a Christian, not because I was ashamed of Christ, but simply because I didn’t really know what to say. I have attended church for most of my life, but I accepted Christ into my heart when I was 14 at my father’s bedside. While I have not been the most perfect Christian, I do long to serve God with my life in any way that I can, and thus far He has not called me to any form of ministry. However, God has continued to open doors for me throughout my daily life, allowing me to attend an excellent school and leading me to a wonderful young lady. I wake up each morning and just have to thank Him for His blessings on me, because I can easily look back and see where I could be, even at my young age… I ask for your prayers that I’ll continue to seek God’s will in my day-to-day life, as well as in what the future holds.
